The Peerless School is very active in the School-to-Work program and has many sustained projects including:

School-based store named "Food ‘n Stuff staffed and run by students 7-12. They sell dairy products, school supplies and gifts. This year they are expanding to sell products with the school and team logo such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, stuffed animals, etc.

The music department does computer composition and has purchased a digital recording studio.

Grades K-1-2 have a lemonade/coffee/popcorn business named "Kid’s Company". They expanded last spring to include a classroom greenhouse. They grew and planted flowers to sell, give as gifts and, to revitalize the flowerbed in front of the school, which is in the shape of the letters "PHS."

Grades 3 & 4 have a computer based business through which they make and sell address labels, cards, etc. They also have a button-making business and feature hand drawn art as well as photo buttons.

Grades 5 & 6 have an art based business and feature art projects by budding artists as well as recycled paper products.
